Apparently the Election Chairman is doing his part to increase productivity by providing the election committee with a real timesaver......see thru envelopes. They won't even have to open the envelope to determine whose circle is filled in.
Unfortunately, not all members with the right to vote will have the opportunity to see it for themselves since there are several hundred who didn't get a ballot for a whole slew of reasons.
What do you suppose happened to those missing ballots? Gee, if someone really wanted their candidate to win and they were able to access all those missing ballots all they would need to do is to fill in the circle and mail them.....who would be the wiser?
