RESOLUTION TO RELEASE SAULT TRIBE NAMES

A corrected resolution has been issued to the Sault Tribe Board of Directors that clarifies why they must consider releasing identifying information of all citizens and employees of the Sault Tribe so that they can be eliminated from being chosen as members of the jury in the trial against Bernard Bouschor.

If the names of tribal members and employees of the Sault Tribe are not released to the Chippewa County Court, the lawsuit against Bernard Bouschor could be dismissed. I would hope that questions asked of potential jurors would reveal whether they or their organization benefited in any way from any of Bouschor's actions.

Many thanks to Unit One Director, DJ Malloy who provided the copy of the resolution.

i hope that a jury of bouscher's peers can be found in chippewa county minus tribal members. we must, at this point, believe that the justice system will see that he gets his just desserts for all the crimes he has committed while lining his pockets and seeing that nepotism and cronyism were elevated to new heights.

I am curious.....Does Bouschor get information, as a Board Director, on the strategy for the upcoming trial? Has the tribe's case been compromised by his close elected relationship?
Does his drinking buddy "Joe" McCoy offered any unofficial advise?
Shouldn't Bouschopr be suspended until the trial is over?

At the end of the trial

The defendants are found guilty.

Jury awards the Sault Tribe the maximum penalty of three times the amount taken.

The Board of Directors removes Benard Bouschor from his Unit 1 position.
The Board of Directors orders the legal department to aggressively collect the award.
The Board of Directors orders another election to fill the vacant seat.
Then.....we wait to hear what indictments are handed down after Freddie clears his throat.

Unfortunately, there is still a chairman and some board members that have to go. I think that it is clear who they are.
Drinking buddy "Joe",Causley, Abramson, Rickley and Pine.

Only then, can the Sault tribe begin the healing.

Well then...after all of that is accomplished...the "peoples" Board of Directors can get to the business of a new constitution.
Then, they can work on the restructuring of management. Get rid of the "entitled and protected". They are no longer needed.
This will only scratch the surface of the abuses in hiring and outlandish wages. You don't need to pay someone a 100K plus for a 37K marketing position.
Reform the retirement program for the Board of Directors and Chairman. The ones that stand to benefit the most are the ones that practiced the most abuses.
The., Maybe, you can start the healing.

If anyone is reading this, could someone please enlighten me as to the results of any investigations? I cannot open the resolution. Four years later, McKurchie has been hired by another tribe and is back at firing casino employees. It's greatly appreciated. I am a Sault tribe member, living out of state. I have to assume that I am safe from any corruption or retaliation she may cause. Dw

Our right to make changes through referendum is the one voice we have left....use it.
