I can only hope that this investment proves to be better than those of the past, but with the Tribal leaders track record( no pun intended) I can't help but wonder if certain individuals will benefit whether the tribe as a whole does or not. If this is a good investment it's still a little too late for proof of a job well done by this BOD and be mindful it is only one area of performance that needs improvement.
