Phone Bank Yields Surprising Information

Tonight's phone bank found us listening to members fears about their families being disenrolled by the McCoy/Bouschor team. It seems that members within the service areas have received the message below which would lead anyone to believe that McCoy wants to disenroll At-Large members.

This is what one member had to say.........
"Also the most recent auto call in our area is this. Starts with-- 'Would you like to know where all the money went? If the Payment regime continues to help people outside the service area than there will be nothing left. This must stop now!'... and that is the jist of it. I am sure you will not get this phone call but I thought it would be good to let people know what direction team Mccoy is going to take us and who will suffer the most."

If you have family members who live outside the service area who were hoping that benefits may be extended someday, as Payment would like to see....forget it if McCoy becomes chairman. He is supported by Bouschor, Abramson, Hoffman, Eitrem, Causley and McKelvie. If this team has
it's way, all At-Large and Mackinac Band members will be tossed out.

Again, many more members did not receive ballots that should have. A request to the election committee chairman, Mike McKerchie, asking for the total number of ballots mailed was denied.
That's right...McKerchie doesn't want us to know how many ballots were mailed....why? Cover up maybe? I see no other reason why McKerchie would withhold that information unless he needs to check with Bouschor and McCoy first.
