H'MMM...VERY SUSPICIOUS!

Like it's anything new for the Sault Tribe Chairman and it's Board of Directors to be involved in suspicious actions but this time it's the cancellation of the special meeting to certify the election results AND the cancellation of the installation of the newly elected directors.

Chairman McCoy ordered the meeting canceled because he and vice-chair Causley are still in Detroit together and just can't break away for this very important meeting.

If those who were voted out simply don't want to show up then the board can adjust the quorum requirements accordingly. No more excuses from this board!

MOTION TO SEVER...DENIED!

Recently Fred Paquin's attorney filed a motion in the United States District Court to sever his trial from his daughters for various reasons.

Paquin may have easily manipulated the Sault Tribe's make-it-up-as-you-go system of 'justice' but he is learning quickly that real law is not so supportive of his law-breaking ways.

Motion denied!

MAKE NO MISTAKE...IT IS 'DIRECTOR' PINE!

A recent email from Tony Grondin included a discussion about Debra Pine's mother, Jolene Nertoli. Grondin referenced the fact that Pine did not inform voters that her mother is Jolene Nertoli and one of the 7 + 2. Pines response was that she was proud of her mother but added with her signature that she is DIRECTOR Pine followed by repetitive hehehe's.

Now I am no fan of Tony Grondin's but Pine's response was one of disrespect to the questions of a tribal member. Now that she is a director is this what we can expect from her? The immaturity and arrogance of her reply seemed to send a message to the citizens of the Sault tribe that it's too late, she's in, collecting the big pay and she doesn't care how you feel about it.

Now..D-I-R-E-C-T-O-R Pine (just so we are clear on who you are) when will you be resigning from your position with the tribe since double dipping is no longer an option?

GOODBYE TO THREE, YES 3, INCUMBENTS

Only one incumbent barely survived the Sault Tribe Election while three directors will be giving up their seats to newcomers. Election results are as follows:

Unit One
DJ Malloy with 1564 votes and Deb Pine with 1547 ousted DJ Hoffman who had only 1182 votes and Dennis McKelvie who received 1132.

Unit Two

Cathy Hollowell won over 485 voters leaving James Kelly with 417.

Unit Three
Keith Massaway was the only incumbent to retain his seat with 752 votes in a close race against Doug Goodreau's 680.

Unit Four
Denise Chase was unchallenged.

Unit Five
Joan Carr-Anderson also led a very close race with 262 votes against Shirley Petoskey with 236.

Employees will no longer have to listen to fence-sitter Hoffman threatening them with the loss of their jobs. Mckelvie no longer has to listen to members complaining about his lack of teeth and unkempt manner of dress. No one will have to view Shirley Petoskey giving a head shot of her hind-end nor listen to her accompanying uncouth remarks.

All told, I would say this has been a pretty good night. We didn't win 'em all but we did pretty well. Best wishes to the new directors...you have a tough job ahead.

APPROACHING THE FINAL COUNTDOWN

In about a weeks time we will learn whether we will have a few new board members who may bring some hope and renewal for the Sault Tribe or whether we will be left with the same old smoke and mirror pushers who have distorted our vision with intolerable lies and coverups for so long that they have turned our tribe into the laughing stock among all tribes.

It has been almost a year since I wrote the "Cans of Crooked Worms" article. When the FBI and the BIA began investigating the tribe's former police chief Fred Paquin, who has since been arrested and is awaiting trial, they opened up an endless can of worms and what a can of worms that was! Inside those cans of worms along with the disgraced police chief, his daughter and his assistant, was the sinking of Greektown, the discovery of a 5 million dollar loan with the Elder fund used as collateral, a debt of 600 million to creditors who are about to get screwed and now a major lawsuit against the tribe to the tune of almost $200 million.

The latest lawsuit seems to point to more accusations of fraud, illegal wire transfers and hidden accounts. We will have a bad debt of $600,000,000.00 owed to finance companies along with the $183,000,000.00 lawsuit against the tribe...makes the 7 + 2 million that Bouschor and friends screwed us out of look pretty paltry. Now he has a new lie to try to cover-up but it won't work anymore. Two decades of Bouschor and his band of Unit One directors in particular, making disastrous financial decisions and collaborating in cover-ups have them facing some major troubles ahead. They can no longer put their hands over their eyes, ears and mouths and pretend that they have been representing your best interests.

The final countdown may be headed their way in more ways than one and the sooner the better.

DOES A WRONG EVER MAKE A RIGHT?

Sault Ste. Marie,Mi...In an interesting rewrite of tribal history, director Bouchour in his unit report points out that the previous administration did this and that wrongfully so we had to do this wrongfully.

He's talking about the $5,000,000.00 the board borrowed secretively in 2008 to balance the budget. The director completely misses the point, however. Rather than justify it by pointing the finger at someone else, the right thing for him to have done would have been to apologize to the membership for having done it.

The director, however, didn't get around to doing that.

From the content of Candidate Pine's campaign ad in the tribal newsletter, it appears as though director Bouchour has a partner in his efforts to rewrite history. It appears as though the candidate would also like to blame the previous administration for everything that's financially wrong with the tribe.

Thank you, Charles Forgrave

Entitlement is a slap in the face

Even during times of financial crisis there are tribal members that feel, for one reason or another, that they deserve the status of "the preferred". Of course they deserve their position of employment and the unusual amount of pay for it. Of course they deserve the title of Manager or Director. Why? Because they are a McCoy, Pavlat or a Pine or maybe a Bouschor.

If you examine the full employment that the Bouschor family has enjoyed, even during the worst of times, you would get a sense of what entitlement means. With the stroke of a pen, he could promote and raise the pay of his family member without going through Human Resource or even an evaluation.

Just as Candidate Deb Pine states she supports the unauthorized payout of $2,600.000.00 of public money. She says that "those people built this tribe to what it is today". Yes, a couple of them are her mother and uncle! The rest were a group of untouchables who felt their contribution far exceeded the normal compensation.

As for what the tribe is today...is another matter.
The victims here are the tribal citizens themselves...losing potentially millions of dollars in medical and dental and optical services. But the "entitled" don't feel for the citizens.
They struggle to understand why many resent nepotism.

There is no such thing as "abuse of power". It is all entitlement.

To all you Tribe members

Letter submitted by "Maconce" who feels very strongly that this information needs to be understood.

To all you Tribe members,

Did you know you are all being sued in the Bankruptcy Court in Detroit ? Well you can thank your [stupid] Illustrious B.O.D. leaders for that, that is just another gift Booo-shor and his [crooks] followers on the Tribes Board has given to you all.

It is being proven in court that you all have been stealing Casino money and giving it to the Crooks in Detroit, the Creditors Lawyers have found all the dirty Transactions you have been doing over the past twenty years. Of course you don't know because you have your heads stuck in the sand, and you let your B.O.D. do all your dirty work, aren't you Proud of yourselves ?

Here's what they are suing you for $ 183,000,000.00 plus the $600,000,000.00 you owe to the Finance Companies, for a Total of $783,000,000.00. That was all borrowed money, and Illegally Transfered to different crooks in the Detroit area over the years, the whole list of crooks are compiled in the Bankruptcy Records. You see once you sell your "soul", to the "Devil", you he will he will put you through "HELL", and that is where you are now, "in hell" !

The reason the Money is all borrowed, is because your leader the Devil's partner Mr. BOOO-SHOR, and his "Band of seven" the infamous 7+2 Gang of theives, do not know how to make money legally, BOOO-shor only knows how to steal money from the finance Companies, and then his crooked partners down here in Detroit showed him how to disperse those funds Illegally, to himself and the rest of the crooks. Well he might have been able to hide those Dirty Transaction from you Naive Indians, but he ain't going to fool these smart lawyers down here.

Just to let you know these Lawyers will Sue you Naive Indians for the $183,000,000.00, that was Transfered Illegally to the Crooks Through Illegal Wire Transfers, and Hidden Accounts, but, don't worry the Lawyers down here will find those funds, and because you gave up your "Soverign Rights" you will be held personally responsible. You may be able to get away with screwing the Finance Companies out of their $600,000,000.00, but, you won't get away from the Illegal Transfers of the $183,000,000.00, so you better start crying to your B.O.D. and see what they are doing about all this !

So you all better get your heads out of the sand and start calling your $70,000.00 a year paid BOD [crooks] oops members, that continue to tell you all the great things they are doing for you in your Propaganda Paper you all love to sit in your easy chairs and dream about. What you better do is go up to that BIA office on the Ashmun Street Loop and start Protesting what you have goten yourselves into, and kick your "big Time BOD members out of their nice cushy offices !

Hey, you all have a great day today in your cushy easy chairs, If I hear anymore good news for you I will be glad to let you know !

P.S. This can all be proven if you look in the Bankruptcy Records here in Detroit!
