Sign Language......This Way to Hell

"A picture says a thousand words" and this one is talking to us in a very loud voice.

Notice the rather evil looking sign with the black background and blurred red lettering placed near the center. Pretty descriptive of the person whose name is on it.....Bouschor!!! When I first saw his sign I thought to myself 'perfect fit....this way to hell'.

Take a look at whose names surround his and notice that Abramson is right behind it, all yellow and happy to take a backseat and do whatever Bernard tells her to do.....remember those famous words...."Whatever Bernard wants is all right with me".

Joe Eitrem wants to be his right hand man (mirror image remember) and Mckelvie put a tiny bit of distance between himself and Bouschor, but not much.....he is playing it safe.

The little white sign....okay so I need glasses because I am not sure whose name is on it but notice that it is slightly in front and to the left (again, mirror image).

For those in the Sault area wondering which way to vote, take a clue from the sign placement....just read the signs of what will come.

Chinese Government...Stealing our Technology and Poisoning our Citizens

The United States Government has released information that there are thousands of Chinese spies in the United States, many of whom are operating thousands of local businesses acting as fronts for the purpose of obtaining U.S. technological secrets. It is reported that techonology secrets worth more than 60 billion dollars have been stolen by these spies. Not only is the Chinese government trying to poison us but they are stealing from us as well.

Walk into any retailer and try to find an item made in the United States.....good luck. You will find that most available goods are Made in China but you may also have to peel off the price sticker to find that information since it seems that retailers are attempting to make it more difficult to discover the origin of the goods they sell.

Why hide the origin as being China? Because the products are dirt cheap and the retailers are getting rich by buying from China but also because the Chinese government is trying to make us sick and even kill us. It has been discovered that many of the products imported from China contain contaminants of one sort or another including in the toys our children play with. The Chinese aren't playing games....start by getting rid of our kids that might grow up and pose an international threat to China and other Communist countries.

Along with poisoned toys, poisons have been discovered in certain drugs containing ingredients that have been imported from China. Even household goods made in China, such as dishes and glassware, have been found to contain unhealthy levels of lead so as we wine and dine we are also most likely consuming chemicals and contaminants that are slowly killing us.

Could this be the reason so many, including children, are fighting battles against cancer? When I was a child, I did not know of a single child in my town that died of cancer but just in the last year, I know of several. By continuing to buy products made in China are we willingly killing our loved ones along with ourselves?

What are the benefits of buying Chinese goods other than they are cheaper? None that I can think of to make it worthwhile to allow them to poison our children and ourselves.

Rather than assist Communists in getting rich at our expense, wouldn't it be more beneficial to work with other countries whose citizens are illegally migrating to the U.S. in search of jobs? Wouldn't that be part of the solution of our illegal immigrant problem? Are we afraid that by the discontinuance of the import of Chinese goods that they will attack us? Guess what....by poisoning us, they already are.

What are the benefits of NOT buying Chinese goods? The list is a long one starting with an upswing in U.S. manufacturing and with it an increase in jobs. Of course they will be more expensive because U.S. citizens demand to be paid a decent wage so there will probably be less spending and retailers that thrive on imports from China will have to look for a new source of products which will probably mean oops.... fewer jobs with retailers which will have a boomerang effect on many other U.S. jobs. But......

If big business wants to remain in business maybe they should bring jobs back to the U.S. After all, if we don't have jobs because big business has taken their employment outside the U.S., why bring that product back here since none of us will be able to purchase those products because we are out of work. Or.... the U.S. government could assist new business development to employ U.S. citizens right here in the United States and those corporations that chose to employ those outside the U.S. can try to sell their products to those cheaply paid employees.....good luck with that one.

It is not just the Chinese government that is stealing from us. Cable and phone companies, banks, credit card companies and other financial institutions are stealing jobs from us. Ever had that phone call from someone that barely speaks English calling from the Philipines or India telling you your bill is past due? Well hey...maybe if that company employing them to call you employed you instead, they wouldn't have to call you to pay your bill since you would have a job that would enable you to pay your bills.

We are in a recessive period where there will be less spending which could mean less trash, less gasoline consumption resulting in less pollution. There will be an increase in recyling but there will less to recycle. An increase in local trade and farmers markets will have a positive impact on local economies.

Fewer jobs means more stay at home parents, stronger families working together to conserve. If you are out working in the garden to produce the food for your family or picking your own from local farms then you are watching less tv, eating less junk food, getting healthier, decreasing obesity which should mean that health costs and insurance should decrease.

Save lives by not buying Chinese imports, conserve energy, start walking or carpooling, grow a garden....it's all good.

Bad Buffalo.....Not if Cooked Properly

Brucellosis can be found in many wild game animals. If cooked to the proper temperature such as one would do with poulty or ground meat, it is considered safe.

Domestically raised animals that are slaughtered for purchase in your local grocery store are as much of a concern to me as Buffalo infected with Brucellosis.

It was less than a year ago that deaths occurred from 'bad spinach'.

The Chinese government seems to be loading the products they send to the U.S. with toxins and poisons.

At any moment any of us can consume the most regularly used products and become ill or even die. The water you drink could contain harmful bacteria that you may be unaware of until it is too late.

We live our lives making choices....some good and some bad. Be informed and make your decisions based on the information available. Then say your prayers, cross your fingers, listen to your gut feeling, don't let any black cats cross your path, stick your lucky marble in your underwear, tuck a rabbits foot behind your left ear (or whatever it is you do with one of those)or whatever else works for you....and hope you make it until tomorrow and then start all over again.

An Unhostile Takeover

In January 2000, the Grass Roots Oyate, a Lakota Sioux activist organization, began its occupation of the Oglala Sioux Tribal Headquarters to protest what they see as massive corruption in tribal government. With the support of the Bureau of Indian Affairs, the tribal president was suspended in May 2000, and inquiries were made into the management of tribal funds. The activists vow to remain in the Red Cloud Building, which they have renamed the Tetuwam Nation Embassy, until their demands for an end to corruption and ineffective policies have been met.

Takeovers of Oklahoma Tribal Headquarters Continue.
By JoKay Dowell, Indian Country Today, Oneida, N.Y. Knight Ridder/Tribune Business News Jan. 7--OKLAHOMA CITY - Amid physical confrontations and court proceedings the tribal headquarters of two Oklahoma Indian communities remain occupied by opposing factions. In the pre-dawn hours of Dec. 19, five women entered the tribal headquarters of the Kickapoo Tribe of Oklahoma (KTO) through an unlocked door and barricaded themselves inside using furniture to block the entrances. The women, all enrolled members of the KTO, said their actions were necessary after tribal chairman Tony Salazar refused to leave office despite a Dec. 13 recall election ousting him. "The system failed us," said Glenda Deer. "We had to take matters into our own hands. We're fighting for our people who are afraid to speak. People have been threatened," Deer said...

History Of Native American Tribal Conflict

WISCONSIN -- What happened in Lac Du Flambeau isn't the first tribal conflict we've seen in our area.An outreach specialist at the UWSP Native American Center says such "takeovers" are not common.. but they're not unusual either. We've seen them happen in Bowler.. Nekoosa and Mole Lake back in 1997.Andrew Gokee says tensions within tribal communities have been occurring for centuries.........
_________________________________

Just a few years ago, similar actions were taken by members of the Mackinac Bands to remove the office from the corrupt chairman and his daughter who misappropriated hundreds of thousands in state and federal grants.
_________________________________

When Sault Tribe members removed the former chairman, Bernard Bouschor, by a vote of the people, little did they know that they voted in those that would uphold the Bouschor way of greed and corruption. Members talked of a clean sweep during the 2006 election but Bouschorists outnumber voters in unit one and they successfully brought in another Bouschorist.

Now, in order to secure the tribe once again as their own, the Bouschorists have loaded the ballots with the assistance of a corrupt judicial system, corrupted the election with the active assistance of the election chair by removing non-Bouschorist voters from the registered voters lists and relocating unit boundaries to prevent voters from voting out their representatives who failed to represent anyone except themselves.

The Bouschorists are back and about to takeover by breaking the laws of the tribe, violating the constitution and by corrupting the election process and the entire judicial system. This is a hostile takeover.

The members of the tribe can stand up and stop it in its tracks by, literally, standing in the way.
Bring your own ballots since the election committee chair has corrupted the election. Conduct an honest election by appointing a new election committee chairman and appoint a committee to step in. If you were 'moved' from your unit to another against your will in order to prevent you from voting out the representative that failed to represent you in exchange for one that you hope will, change your ballot to the way it is supposed to read and work with others in your unit to deliver your ballots to the newly appointed election committee.

We have a choice to allow or disallow a corrupt election. Most members are law abiding citizens unaccustomed to having to take a strong stand against corruption. Would you sit back and allow communism to take over your government by assuming there is nothing you can do? The BIA has an obligation to work with tribes, hence the name "Bureau of Indian Affairs". Get involved by demanding BIA representation and assistance. This is an unhostile takeover.

Or.....you could turn your back on all those members who have not worked on behalf of the Bouschorists who will lose their jobs and benefits. You could look the other way, cover your eyes and ears and pretend this is not happening. Or....you could do the right thing, say no to corruption and participate in an unhostile takeover.

Honesty and Integrity....An Easy Fix

When local attorney, Mike Winnick, took the high road away from our judicial system he stated he did so based on his personal integrity. He wants to be able to look at himself in the mirror when he wakes up in the morning.

I called him to personally thank him for his honesty and integrity which he greatly appreciated considering what he has dealt with over the last few weeks. Although he chose not to take political sides, and I didn't ask him to, he made it clear that our judicial system is corrupt and more than one person involved should be disbarred. He said that decisions are based on political stands and not the law.

If for no other reason then what is stated above, it is clearer than a bright sunny day why we need a seperation of powers. Those same directors who are directing the judicial system to make the decisions they do are the same directors that oppose the seperation of powers and intend to prevent the constitution from coming to the people. Push for the disbarrment of the judges involved.....they do NOT deserve to be where they are. They are lawless.

Push for the removal of Hoffman and vote out Abramson, Causley, Paquin and Eitrem. Keep out the other Bouschorists such as McCoy. Maybe we should ask the candidates to detail their associations with any of the above. That seems to be just as important as their qualifications.

An honest board and judicial system is just the medicine that will correct the mess we are in today. It's that simple.

ABRAMSON ORDERED BACK TO SOCIAL BUTTERFLY STATUS

Posting from RJanetos
ABRAMSON ORDERED BACK TO SOCIAL BUTTERFLY STATUS
During the Booschor regime, Cathy Abramson was relegated to "tribe social butterfly" because Booschor had no use for her in the tribe's operation. During the recent four years of Payment's administration, Abramson has been directed to conspire against the chairman and government reform. To date, she has not contributed anything positive to the tribal government Her efforts have been choreographed and directed to support the conspiracy launched by the rogue board members.

Now, that Booschor is eligible to run for office, she has been directed to return to her social butterfly status, once again. Her Board Note reflects the turnaround with its list of engagements she attended.

Apparently, Booschor is confident that the tribe membership will forget that he gave away 2.6 million dollars and conspired to cripple the incoming administration by directing a mass exodus of key personnel. Perhaps he thinks that the tribal members will forget that he operated in secret and spent millions of dollars without board approval. Maybe he thinks that the tribe will forgive his abuse of power, mismanagement, nepotism and employee rights violations. Most importantly, maybe he thinks that he has won the battle for keeping the new constitution from the citizens. Therefore, he will be allowed to pick up from where he left off, four years ago..His supporters, that are up for reelection......Cathy Abramson....Lana Causley.....Fred Paquin...Joe Eitrem ..Dennis McKelvie.....SEND THEM PACKING !

If you examine those that are running, it looks like the old days when the list was stacked to dilute the voting. This always worked in Booschor's favor.

Here is the Booshor election strategy at work.On the list is ;
2 Booschors...Bill and Benard.......
2 McCoys......Cathy Abramson McCoy and her brother Joe...
Joe changed to the chairman race instead of unit 1...somebody must have directed the move
1 Kibble...this is a laugh......Benard had something to do with this one..the campaign will be minimal because it isn't serious
1 McKelvie......his campaign ad is accurate...time is running out on this candidate
1 Eitrem....sorry Jo..you failed to represent your constituents
1 Causley....co conspirator

There are better choices....
Aaron Payment...chairman
Todd Gravelle unit 1
John Biron unit 1,
Cathy Hollowell Unit 2

Anti Payment...Your Voter Registration is Safe

Interesting. Send a letter to the Board of Directors expressing your dislike of Payment and your registration is automatically renewed. So....if you are not anti-Payment does it mean that your voter registration is in jeopardy? Could be why I was taken off the list of registered voters.

Bouschorists a Shoo In Through Election Fraud

Apparently I am no longer registered to vote in the Sault Tribe election along with many others that have supported Payment....or should I say, have not supported the Bouschorists. Several tribal members have been checking their status and have found that they are no longer registered to vote. They didn't 'unregister', there were no new rules that everyone had to re-register.

I had to argue with Joanne Carr to receive an announcement of election and almost 2 months have passed and I still have not received it. She didn't think I should get one because she said I moved. I didn't change my address with the tribe and I didn't change it on my driver's license either. I do travel back and forth between Sault Ste. Marie and Traverse City but there is no rule in the Sault Tribe constitution that prohibits tribal members from travelling if they want to remain a registered voter. There are no rules that say members can't have the packet containing the election announcement unless Joanne Carr says they can. Joanne Carr seems to be manipulating my right to vote. No wonder she was so concerned that I was going to run for director. She would have had to reregister me.

Several other tribal members have checked their status only to find that they are no longer registered to vote in the next election. They also have not made any changes to their address nor have they given up their membership in the Sault Tribe. Some have registered and then registered again only to find out that they are still not registered. My son and daughter, who both live in the Sault, discovered that they are no longer registered voters. They don't involve themselves in tribal politics but are likely influenced by my opinion therefore have had their right to vote taken away by whom....?

For the last several years, many have complained about the ethics of several members on the election committee....specifically Mike McKerchie. He is ultimately responsible for these acts of fraud against the members. No more playing with words to save the feelings of those who are delegated to ensure a fair election. They can gasp and sputter all they want. They can whine and cry their phoney tears and make me out to be the biggest B___ in the tribe but it appears to me and many others that they cheat. I just have the guts to say it out loud.

McKerchie is cheating the members out of their right to vote. Joanne Carr is cheating the members out of their right to vote. Numbers are being manipulated, hundreds of members are being dropped from the list of registered voters, some employees of the tribe have been dropped from the list and voters who have tried to register for months are still not registered. There is no other explanation other than the person responsible for voter registration...or unregistration....is cheating. It is fraud against the members of this tribe. It is manipulation of the vote.

What can we do about it? I know what I am going to do. Several of the suddenly unregistered members will be sending their letter of complaint to the Secretary of Interior, the BIA, and the FBI. Some said we should give that letter to the Sault Tribe Board of Directors but if they didn't care before, they sure don't care now.

Today, the Greektown Board gave Greektown back to the Greeks (and Bouschor) and the Sault Tribe members have no say in the matter. Of course, they say it is only a small percentage but how long will it be before the Sault Tribe is voted off the Greektown board? Cathy Abramson, Lana Causley, DJ Hoffman, and Joe Eitrem (am I missing anyone) sold the Sault Tribe members out to the Greeks for 1/4 of what they were offered for Greektown by another group that attempted to make an offer a year ago. Now do you see why they wanted Aaron Payment out as CEO? They needed the right people to agree to sell out the membership and they achieved their goal.

Just a few months from now, the Bouschorists will take over the tribe by way of cheating, many will be fired. and others will lose any benefits they now enjoy. The At-large and Mackinac members will likely be disenrolled. They know they can't cheat by the same method they did before but a true criminal will always find a way.

Remember this......?

December 12, 2001
Sault Chippewa tribal leadership stifles dissentTribe's Board curbs critics, closes forums, defends record in ads.
By Melvin Claxton and Mark Puls / The Detroit NewsSAULT STE. MARIE -- Sault Ste. Marie Chippewa tribal leaders, in response to a Nov. 11 Detroit News series of stories about their shortcomings, have begun a media campaign to defend their record and have taken steps to stifle dissent.

The campaign -- which includes a series of meetings with constituents, media interviews and half-page newspaper display ads -- followed revelations in The News that the tribe's 12-member governing board and its chairman hid million-dollar deals from tribal members, gave themselves large retroactive salary increases and created high-paying second jobs in the tribe for fellow board members.Tribal Chairman Bernard Bouschor has hosted meetings in each of the tribe's five voting districts. He has barred the media from these meetings and limited tribal members to three written questions. He has refused to take follow-up questions or allow any discussion, according to several tribal members.

Sault member Patty Chambers said when she demanded that Bouschor answer her question about recent pay raises for himself and the tribe's governing board, the chairman threatened to have her arrested and removed from the meeting. She said a tribal police officer tried to escort her out of the building but backed down when several other members present said he would have to remove them, too. "My civil rights were clearly violated," Chambers said. "That building is on tribal land and Bouschor makes all the rules." Tribal spokesman John Hatch declined to comment on events at the closed meetings.

The New's series showed how the power granted the 52-year-old Bouschor as the head of a tribal government far exceed that of most elected officials. With no independent court, police, auditors or justice department within the tribe to answer to, he has amassed substantial economic and political clout over all tribal operations, including the tribe's six casinos that generated $175 million in revenues last year.

Bouschor has used this unfettered power to keep tribal members in the dark about his financial dealings, co-opted fellow board members and compensated himself well. Tribal leaders have cemented their hold on power by passing restrictive laws that prevent more than two-thirds of the tribe's membership from running for office. They also gave themselves a 33-percent annual raise in 2000 at the same time they were considering a cost-cutting package that included layoffs at the tribe's businesses. The raises were retroactive going back five years.

Closed meetings
Sault Chippewa leaders blocked the media and all but tribal members from attending their recent community forums. Scott Brand, a reporter for the Sault Ste. Marie Evening News, attempted to cover the meeting but wasn't allowed.

He reported on the incident in the Evening News: "In an ironic twist, the Sault Tribe of Chippewa Indians Board of Directors unanimously chose to shut out the general public in a special open forum, billed as a "community gathering" Tuesday evening, as the body attempts to rebuild credibility in the wake of a Nov. 11 series of articles in The Detroit News," Brand wrote in a newspaper article. "The meeting, which had originally been billed as open to the public, was set to address these allegations.

"In making his introductory comments, Chairman Bernard Bouschor said he would entertain a motion to exclude anyone in the audience who was not either a member of Unit I or a staff member with the Sault Tribe. Trustee Fred Paquin immediately made the motion which was promptly seconded by Trustee Martha Miller. The unanimous vote -- instituting the new exclusionary criteria -- effectively excluded a handful of people in attendance, including a reporter from The Evening News who had been assigned to cover the "community meeting."Newspaper ads

Tribal leaders have responded to the articles by placing half-page ads in at least four Michigan newspapers, including The Detroit News. The ad campaign, with a tab of about $30,000 so far, isn't costing board members or Bouschor a penny of their own money. Sault Chippewa leaders are paying for the ads from the tribe's coffers, Hatch confirmed.

That has angered tribal member Terry Barr, who criticized Bouschor for using tribal funds to pay for ads to defend his record. "It doesn't seem right," Barr said. "If he has caused problems for himself, he should pay for the ads. That's not what the tribal money is meant for. But this is typical of the way he handles the tribe's money."

Sault Chippewa leaders say their intention is to get the truth out about their record and accomplishments. But some tribal members say the ads are a continuation of an effort by tribal leaders to mask problems with the way they run the tribe.

"This is exactly what we have been telling people for years" said tribal member Tom Bruning. "Bouschor and board members use any means, including propaganda and misrepresentations, to stay in power. What The Detroit News wrote was the truth, but these guys can't handle it because they have always had control over the press."

The ads and media campaign are not the first attempt by tribal leaders to blunt the impact of the newspaper's report. Even before the articles were published, Bouschor attempted to head off potential criticism of his leadership by using the tribe-owned newspaper to attack the then unpublished stories.
________________________________________________________________
Bouschor attempted to keep this and other published stories out of the public eye by sending his troops out all over Michigan to buy up all such newspapers who published negative reports about him. Whose dime did he use to purchase the papers and to pay his troops and their travel expenses?

Tribal Election 2008....A Battle for Justice

Charles Forgraves wrote:
Sault Ste. Marie, Mi...Unit one candidate Bouchour of The Sault Tribe of Chippewa Indians is a handsome man who exudes confidence and presents himself well, as though he knows what he's doing...but then it goes down hill from there.

But Charles....
Handsome is not a word I would ever use to describe a person such as Bouschor because I can't get past the evilness of someone who would take so much from the members and give so little back. So many seem to forget that the land claims belongs to the tribe. With a tribe so large, why have we not become more successful. The tribe did not fail when Bouschor left...it was failing long before but covered up with paper figures. The real money is missing....maybe stored somewhere for safe keeping until reclaimed by those that believe they are the rightful owners.

With so much on the verge of discovery, Bouschor and his co-conspirators are desperately trying to regain control. The outcome of the lawsuit depends on his return as well as returning the balance of the board to favor Bouschor. There will be a war like none other now that Bouschor has his warriors lined up and prepared to take over, once and for all. If the best candidates in the last election thought they had it bad, just wait until this battle begins. All those that represented what is good and right were destroyed by the Bouschorists.

The hope for the Bouschorists is that Bouschor, McCoy, Hoffman, and Abramson, will be able to regain control for the "core families", as Abramson so foolishly revealed. Paquin will be allowed to double dip, triple dip, or dip however he desires if the Bouschorists regain full power. Lana Causley, along with her father John will have the resources to fight for their defense. The Causleys and the Boushourists fill together like pieces of a puzzle.

Charles also wrote:
Does he believe all tribal members are equal, no matter where they live...
Will Candidate McCoy be a part time chairman...Not being forthcoming, is it fair to say that Candidate McCoy will be another smoke-and-mirrors act...as the old political pros like to call it. Wherein the candidate tells the members all about his accomplishments and promises them integrity, honesty, and transparency, attacks his opponent and if and when he's elected...does what he wants and becomes a one man show, answering to no one.....

Charles, just ask some of McCoys' former employees how they feel about McCoy. Some had years of service and made a good living until McCoy took over the marine business on Portage Avenue in the Soo. Their wages were dropped to a fraction of what they made before. While some quit, others remained because they had families to support and the jobless rate in the Soo did not give them an opportunity to find other work.

McCoy, within a very short time, has junked up the waterfront at an embarrassing rate. What a shame for the residents who live across the street that now have their view obstructed with rusted metal and piles of junk everywhere and what an embarrassment to have an influential tribal member destroying our Earth that we have fought to preserve.
Where once, the excess marine parts were stored compacted and neat, McCoy obtained more property adjacent to the original parcel and has spread the junk from one end to another. Now the waterfront that the Indians once built their villages on is now an insult to the rest of us. McCoy simply has a bigger yard, not filled with junk cars, but filled with much larger ships and rusted metal parts. What a way to represent the Indians of the Sault Tribe.....just what we need for the perception that some have of Indians to be substantiated in such a big way.

But we can't leave Dennis McKelvie out of the discussion. McKelvie is a 'Sugar Islander' who will pay the price because he always seems to be following his own agenda with the exception (just lately) of how he seems to have taken on all the attribrutes of a true Bouschorist...perhaps for self-preservation? McKelvie is a no-class fist pounder who has never been able to define who he really is. He sways this way and then that way, not for the sake of the best interest of the tribe, but for the best interest of his feeble attempts to achieve that title that has always been so far out of his reach...Chairman.

McKelvie lacks the ability to be a politician beyond his own sphere of influence. He alienates those outside his circle and will never obtain the title of Chairman as long as the At-Large members are allowed to vote. Could that be the reason that McKelvie was first to push for disenrollment and to take away the right to vote from Mackinac Band members?

If Bouschor returns, some things may return to 'normal' which is....members getting little with many being denied basic services such as medical and dental care, employees will be fired, several will be threatened and harassed at their workplace outside the tribe and all because of their lack of Bouschorism, their faithlessness to a self-proclaimed creator, and their desire to share what should be shared with all of us.

On the other hand, the Bouschorists will be treated to phoney certificates and degrees of educational accomplishments in order to 'qualify' them for the best positions. Their wages will be far above what others more deserving can ever hope for. The less than 1/4 blood and the non-Indian Bouschorists will be made "indian or more Indian" for the purpose of obtaining the Michigan Indian Tuition Waiver. The Bouschor "Family and Friends" will once again be treated to those long awaited vacations at the tribe's expense. With the McCoy and Bouschor's extended families being what they are, don't expect much left over for the members of the tribe.

Register to vote and ask for proof that you are registered. Gather together on election night and follow (literally) the process from the ballots collected at the post office to the tallying and posting of the counts. Bring your cameras, binoculars or other recording equipment and travel in groups. Write letters to the FBI, the BIA and the Secretary of Interior, Fox News, CNN, or anyone else that may like to be part of the show.....can't hurt, right?

This will be a battle for justice......please participate.

Bouschor is Back...

From RJ........
"Watch the strings that I can pull. My puppets will dance"....as he
waves his hand at a select group of Board members.
You could just hear this cocky little "PIG At The Trough" say. "How do
you like me now?"
"I am here to let you know who is in control of your opposition".
"Does my presence scare you? asks the dethroned dictator."
"There will be no examination of the ballots. Those loyal workers belong
to me."
"How do you think Shegan beat Gravelle, in that special election?"
"You are going to feel my presence more and more as the election draws
near."
"I will be chairman once again, no matter what it cost....I will run
this tribe into the ground if I have to."
"You are not ruthless enough to lead these ignorant fools."
"I want what is mine.""Get out of my way."

Bouschor Is Back......or so he thinks.

Will We Stay or Will We Go Now....

Words to a song that seem to fit the decision to be made by the Sault Tribe Board of Directors. Do we sell Greektown for a billion plus future royalties or sell a portion of it for a fraction of it's worth to the Bouschor connections, Gatzaros or Celani?

Bouschor has been acting like a madman for the last 4 years since he was voted out as Chairman of the Sault Tribe. Why is he still so frantically trying to work a deal with his friends to take over Greektown? There is more to this picture than meets the eye. I believe Bouschor's involvement goes much deeper than what we are aware of.

Through the years, employees in certain positions have said that it appeared large sums of money (in the millions) were being wired to locations that have nothing to do with the Sault Tribe. Numerous ' failed' business's that smell of money laundering schemes has been the center of many suspicions.

Why would Bouschor be so desperate to regain control over Greektown and all the tribe's assets? Did he sell the tribe down the river...to his friends. I think he has much more to lose than what us regular folk can even imagine.

Bouschor supporters on the board have acted very recklessly since Bouschor was booted as chairman. Violations of the Constitution, threats of disenrollment, violations of the right of the members to vote, manipulation of the election process, as well as using the tribes money to investigate members who protest board actions and misappropriations are among the many highly suspect moves by the Bouschorites on the board.

Everyday, it seems that much more is being discovered then what was previously known. Trusted key employees in delicate positions of authority may be involved in schemes to defraud the members of the Sault Tribe. Suggestions of very recent payoffs that favor Bouschor's associations in regards to Greektown have begun to filter through the top level management of the tribe.

Although it all sounds like a movie in the making, in time we will know the truth. After all, with information of this type leaking now, it is only a matter of time when we know the rest of the story. It provides an explanation for the recent reckless decisions made by several board members and explains why so many of Bouschor, Abramson, and Hoffman's relatives are running for the board....takeover time for the Bouschorists?

But, there is always a bright side and the bright side of this story is that all eyes are on the Sault Tribe including the sort of eyes that a crook would not want looking his way.

We Are Not Alone

Tribal Corruption and Dictatorship (Originally posted to WOLFE )

There is not a year that goes by in which there is media observance of Tribal Corruption taking place somewhere in Indian Country. Corruption of political deceit that is of a criminal nature, with violations against the Tribal Constitution and by-laws and civil and human right violations against the Tribal Members, receives exposure to the general public for a short time, but it does allow America to understand that there are problems in Indian Country.

Each year, Tribal Corruption brings about a new formula of injustice in which to humiliate Tribal Member’s and to promote a matter of arrogance that incriminates the virtues of not only Tribal Law, Federal Law, but defaces the Traditional Law as well.

The Code of Federal Regulations 25, Tribal Constitutions and By-Laws were designed to provide an avenue for tribal leaders’, tribal council’s and the tribal members to maintain order and discipline. So how is it that there seems to be so much chaos? Are these laws too hard to comprehend? Are these laws written in such a way that they have no form of justice included in their contents?

Laws that are designed to protect the right’s of the people whether it implies criminal or civil, are laws that were designed by the tribe, tribal member’s and other sources, but that does not mean that these laws are supposed to be abused or made a mockery of, especially by a judicial process.

Enforcement of laws, whether they be federal, tribal, state, county or city, should be carried out by means of dependable, reliable, honorable, and authorized functions that cannot be obstructed by inequality because when laws become impaired all means of justice is removed and the principal protection they are to provide are lost to disorder and discrimination.

When the Bureau of Indian Affairs, CFR Courts, Tribal Courts cannot or will not provide protection of the right’s of Tribal Member’ s, and Congress, the U.S. Senate, and other such government organizations will not perform any means to assist the people, then all constitutional order has been tossed out and replaced by dishonored acts of tyranny.

When evidence proves Tribal corruption has been a threat to the well being of the Tribal Member’s, and that same evidence has been set before the judicial process and other government agency’s and representatives, and no attempt to sustain the Constitution or the Right’s of the people, then there is no “Due Process” attainable for Americans and fascism becomes an acknowledged factor that is flawless before a corrupt legal system.

The U.S. Justice Department, U.S. Civil Right’s Division, Federal Representatives and such legal factions must be addressed in a fashion that will summon an equality process to incorporate legal imperatives to bring an end to the Tribal Corruption and illegal dictatorships that are impoverishing Tribal Communities with terror and tyranny.

Voices of justice must prevail in order to gain attention to the corruption that is violating the Human Right’s and Fundamental Freedoms of the people. On-going constructive activity directed towards those who will listen must be strong and full of sincere respect to bring forth aid to those who are being suppressed, victims of tyranny, victims of fascist incompetence, victims of deception that is becoming all too familiar in America and now comes the time that the American Citizen, Tribal Member’s should begin to remove the injustice and install the Human Right’s and Fundamental Freedoms of the people! Constitutional order must become a reality of equality for all Americans!

Oh No!!!

Detroit(AP)Former Sault Ste. Marie chairman Benard Bouschor has won his wrongful termination lawsuit that he filed against the Greek Town Casino Management Board. Bouschor will receive 3 million dollars and an undetermined amount of back pay, as he will be reinstated to his former CEO position. With a stroke of luck, he also won his appeal in the trial regarding tribal employee contracts and whether he had the right to terminate and buy out those employment contracts. And in another twist of fate Bouschor successfully asked the tribal court to eliminate the current board of directors and crown him KING.April Fools
