Yeah, I know, recycling is time consuming and takes extra space. Well too bad because Mother Earth is getting very sick from all of our garbage we are dumping inside and all over her and that just isn't nice.
You are just going to have to fit it into your schedule to haul the recycleables off to a recycling center. No room in the house? Build something outside, in the garage, or get together with the neighbors and work something out. Take turns doing the hauling or go fight with the city or trash haulers to provide pickup for recycled materials.
Stop buying products that use a ridiculous amount of plastic to package it in. Complain to the manufacturer's of such products that they are destroying Mother Earth and ask that they change their ways.
No excuse is good enough so save the griping for something worthwhile and expend the energy on learning more about recycling and conserving the life of our Mother Earth. After all, look what she gave us and what are we giving back?! The time is now to get it in gear. I will be glad to help out by telling you how it's done so just check back or look it up yourself.
By the way, plug all your electricity eating appliances into strips that can easily be shut off when not in use. Mother Earth thanks you and so does Al Gore.
