It is very possible that the Board of Directors does not
even need to vote to dismiss the lawsuit. Perhaps they only
need to not take further action. They can simply let the
matter drop. Then none of them will have 'dirt' on their
hands. Whether they vote or do nothing, it is a sure bet
among most out here that this case against Bernard will
never go forward.
