I spoke just moments earlier to a director on the Sault Tribe board about the outcome of the trial but was told to wait a little while since ONLY the board members knew of the outcome that they were just informed of.
Now surprise, surprise...one board member was delighted to let me know how he or she felt about the outcome and since the focus is on blaming Aaron Payment my guess is that 'Anonymous' can only be one person.
Which board member has shown nothing but sarcasm towards those tribal members who speak about the corruption in this tribe?
Which board member has supported Bouschor throughout this ordeal?
Which board member tried to deliver documents in support of Bouschor to the board during a meeting which were confiscated by the tribe's legal department?
Anyone want to bet Anonymous is Deb Pine? To act as though the loss to the tribe is of any consequence to her is a complete ruse. Her mother, Jolene Nertoli, benefited from the ripoff. By the way Pine...I publish every comment unless they are vulgar and vicious and serve no purpose other than to insult because some don't like to have the truth known....like yourself.

Bull#*^t We have the self righteous attitudes of Bernard Bouschor, Jolene Nertoli Pine Graham, Dan Weaver, Dave Scott, Jim Jannetta, Paula Shagen, and Joe Packowski to thank for this debacle. REMOVE BERNARD BOUSCHOR, AND DEBBIE NERTOLI PINE. There has never been a time they had tribal members best interest in mind, they simply have their family in line for the next block of cheese, or should I say block of gold. Take their puppet Joe McCoy out with them, he hasn't done anything for this tribe but embarass us. Time to get some recall petitions out and get active. Take our tribe back from the thieves they call the board of directors.
It is clear that this anonymous director is part of the advance team for the reelection of Bouschor in the next political contest.
Because they fear that Aaron Payment might throw his hat into the ring, for the Chairman position, the are scurrying to discredit him and try to blame him for the loss at trial.
It was a travesty of justice.
These defendants conspired secretly to defraud the tribe and they got away with it. This has always been the outcome when it came to Bouschor or any of his cohorts.
The campaign that this anonymous director is referring, was a heated race. Both sides were using the strongest of tactics. However, that doesn't excuse the theft of 2.66 million dollars. Unfortunately the white people thought it did.

If any of their actions were honest, why did they take great effort to conceal their moves?
Certainly they could have gone to the Board and reasoned their case instead of stealing in the night.
Although, that wouldn't be the Bouschor way of doing things.
This will test our will to remove the corrupt in the tribal leadership. It will take two more elections.

You can't have a jury full of tribal members because it would be biased... figure that one out. Give it up already... You have gotten everything you deserve for supporting personal vendetta's it is too bad you have brought the members down with you!!! There is no personal vendetta for me...it is simply my integrity, my honesty, my disgust at what Bouschor and his group of bandits have done to the Sault Tribe. All comments received are posted. The fact that there are more positive comments about what I do versus few negative comments from the hate mongers should be an indicator of how few supporters Bouschor really has. He just happens to have them loaded where he needs them.

That is the dumbest analogy I have ever heard. To be on a jury you are not supposed to have prior knowledge or possible gain in the issue at hand, and thanks to the endless slander from Payment and some of his supporters tribal members where waived. Not to mention this was a civil case not a tribal case. The racism card is tired... you hold yourself at a stand still by pulling it. To make it easier for you to understand, I will put it this way, A JURY CAN NOT HAVE PRIOR KNOWLEDGE OF THE CASE. So if a black man is on trial the jury cannot consist of those who have knowledge of the case or those who are involved. Rigged? Give me a break... you are like a child who didn't get a treat after throwing a fit and were proven it was in bad taste!
