To all those who wanted to know, who complained but were ignored, given an unsatisfactory or illogical answer to your question or you did not receive an answer to what happened to your ballot, just print the attachments and follow the directions below. You can also copy and give to others that you know have an election complaint.
Complaint to the US Attorney
If you question the way the election was conducted, you can print the Complaint to the US Attorney, take it to your bank or any notary public to sign and have it notarized before mailing to the address on the complaint.
Affidavit 1.doc
If you received a ballot for the primary election but did not receive one for the general election, have the complaint notarized and attach Affidavit 1. to the complaint and mail to the address on the complaint.
Affidavit 2.doc
If you did not receive a ballot for neither the primary or the general election, have the complaint notarized and attach Affidavit 2 to the complaint and mail to the address on the complaint.
