Election Complaints

If you, or you know of relatives or other tribal members, who did not receive a ballot for the general election or did not receive a ballot for either the general election or the primary...or have any doubts about the manner in which the election was conducted click on the link above and file a complaint.

It is simple. Just print it, have the Complaint notarized to prove that you are giving a true statement, and mail it to the address on the complaint. Attach one of the two affidavitts provided if they apply to your circumstances. Your bank should provide free notary public services....most do.

Another tribe followed this route and were successful in having those responsible for corrupting the election placed in federal prisons where they belong. It is a federal crime to tamper with an election process and don't let anyone tell you differently.
