The Kewadin casino Marketing Director, Alan Bouschor, is grossly overpaid at a hundred and twelve thousand dollars.
Undoubtedly, he was given this level of pay by a recommendation from Benard Bouschor's efficiency expert who based it on some national survey.
He is only doing work for a hand full of minor properties that may or may not close seasonally. The position could be handled by a third year marketing assistant that would be happy with thirty five thousand a year.
It is all too clear that the Board of Directors doesn't want to take real responsibility for the tribe;'s well being. There must be a restructuring of salaries.
Boosher used that efficiency expert (Judy McCoy) to muscle the supervisors and managers that were over family members. She is the one that would recommend raises and Boosher would sign off on them. That is corruption. A good example would be his wife who got more than a twenty percent raise for no reason. Every nfamily member got it like that the Board doesn't care. Human resource doesn't care. Is there anybody out there that cares

Tell Boosher to loan his efficiency expert to Drunk Joe and clear out some of the dead beats That way Joe can close the door on his way out
Mike McCoy is Cathy Abramson's brother and DJ Hoffman's uncle and was put in his position by Bouschor. So of course his job has been safe. He never did anything while he was here, except get jobs for his relatives. He had personal problems and wanted to go downstate to Bernard created that job for him. Typical McCoy.
A whistle blowing act is a wonderful idea for the tribe. Everybody knows someone who's been hired or fired for one mysterious reason or another...usually because of a political connection. A whistle blowing act would enable people to stick up for them while at the same time retaining their anynimity. It would cut out some ot the corruption that goes on and has gone on in the Human Resources Department.

did not work for darcy chase she caught sheryl stealing and turned it in to tony goetze and tony fired darcy plain and simple that is the truth i worked for darcy and have since lost my job we were all hoping sheryl was gone once and for good but politics supercede policies and procedure
