6 ON TRIBAL BOARD MAKE A MOCKERY OUT OF MEMBERS RIGHTS

A motion was made at the Sault Tribe meeting to TABLE a Special Election until AFTER the General Election.

Yes, you read that right....NO decision on a Special Election until AFTER the General Election. Bernard Bouschor took the night off from this meeting. My guess is that he didn't want his Yes vote to table the special election on record.

This is the list of TRAITORS who voted to TABLE the decision to hold a Special Election:
CATHERINE HOLLOWELL
DEB PINE
PAT RICKLEY
KEITH MASSAWAY
JOE EITREM

And voting to break the tie to table the decision to take the tribal chair decision away from you so she could hold onto that seat was LANA CAUSLEY....a clear conflict of interest. If anyone thinks the group above didn't hold an illegal meeting to discuss tabling the election before hand, it's time to wake up.

The five directors who voted NOT to table a special election to determine who will replace Quitter McCoy were:
CATHY ABRAMSON
DJ MALLOY
TOM MILLER
DENISE CHASE
JOAN CARR ANDERSON

An added note: In a recent telephone conversation (if you can call Hollowell's shrieking a conversation), Cathy Hollowell said she could care less if she's reelected. She made it clear that her agenda was not her constituents but instead she supported Bernard Bouschor, Deb Pine, and Lana Causley.

Prior to the election, both Pat Rickley and Catherine Hollowell misled many of those who voted for them or who spoke favorably to others about them. They lied to you - fooled you and now they laugh in your face. They both play a large part in the mockery that was once known as the members right to vote and I will repeat what many say now..."What was their price?"

One more added note: Aaron Payment had several questions related to the hiring of the new general counsel, who isn't a tribal member. He wanted to know the procedure that was used to eliminate other candidates. Clueless Causley did everything she could to stop him from asking by falsely claiming that Payment's questions couldn't be answered because it would violate personnel confidentiality policies. They were general questions and general questions can be answered without violating polices. If Causley doesn't understand simple personnel policies than what the hell is she doing running the tribe?

you mentioned Cathy H's comment that she doesn't care if she gets reelected. She said that to someone else i know. She said she was going to collect her 67.000 for 4 years and then retire anyway.

Cathy Abramson already knew what the vote would be.......don't think for one moment that she isn't in full support of Bouschor
she needs to go

The people that are up for reelection want to wait and see if they survive the general election. If not, then they will have a chance at staying in the game when their buddies appoint one of them to fill the chairman spot for one year. Not a bad plan. All the more reason why you can't reelect any of them. The corrupt are getting scared. They see the end coming...but they haven't been saving their money.....instead, they have been spending like there was no end to it.
Up to now, tribal voters have shown them that.........that is the case.

People don't know why Joe McCoy stepped down but maybe you should be respectful enough for him and his family to not call him a quitter. What if it is a medical condition? What if it's a death in his family? Did you ever think of that? Please be respectful if you want to publish on the internet.
Thank you.

Ol Drinkin Joe McCoy has been the worst tribal chairman , to date. He has been disrespectful to the position and to the people he was supposed to serve.
His behavior cast doubt on his credibility from day one.
Now, Cathy McCoy Abramson should follow his example.

There is no shame in a medical condition or a death in the family. If either of these were the cause then Joe owed it to those who voted for him and the tribe that paid him a lot of money over the past few years to be open instead of giving us nothing. He just walked out with no notice essentially. For all we know the Board gave him an ultimatum to either quit or be prosecuted for misappropriation of funds. Didn't he used over 60 grand in tribal funds to pay his own attorneys ?
But I do agree that slug Abramson should slither out the door after him. Oh and she can take Pine with her.

The election is coming soon.

Potential candidates need to examine their support

Money needs to be raised

Volunteers need to pledge their time

If the Tribe is going to have a chance at democracy...it will have to be a sweep at the voting booth.
Reelect no one...they have not deserved it

Writers need to prepare

Our right to make changes through referendum is the one voice we have left....use it.
