I think that it is imperative for the incoming directors to know what thew can and can't do, without jeopardizing their seat.....They might be told by Lyan Causley, Bouschor...or one of the McCoys...that they can't reveal or expose certain items when in reality there is nothing really to stop them....do you know what I mean..????
They shouldn't be bluffed by the corrupt.
Examine the Constitution and Bylaws....examine every chapter of every ordinance
Don't be talked into doing anything in the name of expedience that might be illegal
Remember that the members of the Board are the elected servants of the citizens.

Maybe that would explain why DJ Malloy has done NOTHING to date. I sure expected more from her. When she failed to second the motion for conflict of interest when Joe voted Lana back in as Vice Chair, all she did was give a list of long excuses. All she had to do was second the motion and discuss the issue,,,there was no action that had to be taken. She would not even do that ! I sure hope we did not make a mistake. Where is the resolution to reduce the Chair's salary ?

Check out Nathan's latest post. Deb Pine is like a lost , hurt, little child running around trying to get people to like her mom. That may be ok for the average citizen, but not for an elected official. Her job is to represent the tribe, and her bias is coming through loud and clear.

Our right to make changes through referendum is the one voice we have left....use it.
